What the role is

Under the internship programme, you will be attached to the Customer Management Department (CMD) in HDB’s Housing Management Group.

What you will be working on

During your internship, you will provide support to CMD on the development of various operations technology initiatives. You will help to identify suitable use cases for the deployment of technology initiatives based on available solutions at HDB's disposal. • [Development of Tech Solutions]: Assist with the development of tech solutions to address operation challenges and use cases. • [Development of Chatbot]: Assist with the development of chatbots aimed at assisting internal staff with knowledge management. • [Development of Chatbot]: End to end design and management of chatbot deployment, from grooming of knowledge and vector databases, to training of chatbot to ensure accuracy for operational deployment. • [Development of Agentic AI]: Assist with the development of Agentic AI for identified use cases. • [Development of Customer Relationship Management System]: Horizon scan of current CRM landscape, analysis of current CRM product offerings and proposing suitable CRM platform for operational deployment.

What we are looking for

Internship Period: Between May 2026 - Aug 2026 Preferred Disciplines: Economics/ Data Analytics/ Computer Science. Experience with system development, development of Generative Artificial Intelligence products will be useful. Please submit your CV, Cover Letter and Transcript in your application.
