What the role is

Under the internship programme, you will be attached to the Customer Management Department (CMD) in HDB’s Housing Management Group.

What you will be working on

During your internship, you will provide support to Product Manager to onboard Lease Infringement process of Fiancé/Fiancée Scheme to NGCMP. NGCMP is a new system developed on Salesforce using agile methodology to support HDB officers in case management. The deliverables include: • [Requirements gathering]: Understand process requirements and ensure that they are translated into accurate User Stories to be used for development work. • [Sprint review & Deskcheck]: Liaise with ddevelopment team to ensure that development work meets respective Acceptance Criteria of User Stories. • [User Acceptance Testing (UAT)]: Conduct UAT to ensure all developed features meet the user requirements. • [Change Management]: Develop user guide and training material to ensure smooth launch of the new process in NGCMP. Develop communication plan to inform users on new features in NGCMP. • [Production activities]: Support production activities to ensure smooth launch of new process in NGCMP. • [Preparation to onboard new processes]: To begin preliminary work to onboard new processes to NGCMP.

What we are looking for

Internship Period: Between May 2026 - Aug 2026 Preferred Disciplines: Economics/ Data Analytics/ Computer Science. Experience with system development will be useful.
