Outline of key duties:
A. Provide support in the areas of drafting, research & analysis in the following areas:
i. Supporting legislative reform in Singapore in the area of IP, or related laws
ii. Vetting and/or proof-reading draft practice guidelines and legislation
iii. Support policy development in relation to IP dispute resolution and legal policy.
B. Tribunal work:
i. Drafting case management correspondence and/or reviewing hearing documents
ii. Providing research concerning matters related to disputes within the Registrar’s jurisdiction
