Administrative Executive
What the role is
What you will be working on
- Provide overall administrative support to the Division.
- Provide finance support by raising purchase orders, calling of quotations and tenders, processing invoices and other financial matters.
- Support and assist in the e-filing operations for the division.
- Update and maintain records in PA data management system (e.g. OnePA and Volunteer Management System, GevMe)
- Assist to book and set-up meeting rooms
- Manage hotline for telephone enquiries from Public for major events such as the Chingay Parade
- Maintain office equipment and ensure adequate supply of office materials
- Provides logistics and administrative support during the Chingay Parade rehearsals and event days
- Support the division in the logistics and coordination of shows and events outside office hours
- Any other duties assigned.
What we are looking for
Knowledge & Skills
At least 1 year experience in clerical/general administration work including exposure to financial processes (procurement, invoicing). Familiarity with government procurement systems would be advantageous.

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well under pressure and tight timelines
• Willing to work long and irregular hours and on weekends
