As a member of SGN’s digital products team, you will develop, deliver and maintain a tech stack that enables SGN’s work in fostering connections between and within Singapore’s global business and talent communities. We're looking for someone with expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem—including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Tableau Cloud. Your main role will be focusing on the technical implementation across our Salesforce systems, including integrations with other non-Salesforce systems. There will also be opportunities to work on other digital products within the wider EDB organisation.
Some of the key job scopes are:
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, Apex triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages
Ensure system performance, scalability, and availability while exhibiting understanding in best practices in architecture, development, and deployment.
Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce environments, ensuring minimal downtime.
Create and maintain technical documentation for the systems and processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
Develop and execute unit tests and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure defect-free functionality.
