What you will be working on
- Lead the formalisation, delivery and administration of data policies
- Develop policies and frameworks to ensure compliance with healthcare informatics standards
- Establish appropriate Operations & Support (O&S) structure
- Establish and maintain data policies, procedures, and standards
- Lead change management to support rollout of medical systems
Challenge(s)
- Navigating the complexities of multi-stakeholder engagement with competing priorities
- Operating in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
What we are looking for
- Education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, Public Policy, Public Health or a related field
- At least 6 years of working experience in healthcare policy formulation, review and implementation, within digital health context is preferred
- Familiarity with governance frameworks for large-scale IT implementations
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments
