What you will be working on
1. Learning Event Curation & Delivery: Support the planning and delivery of service learning events focused on public sector service delivery and customer experience. This includes brainstorming event concepts, developing learning materials such as interview guides and discussion frameworks, and creating engaging resources in various formats (e.g., podcasts, guides, toolkits).
2. Service Landscape Research: Conduct research on leading service organisations and emerging best practices in public sector service delivery. This includes reviewing key industry reports, assessing innovative service models globally, and supporting broader research initiatives to inform learning and development strategies.
3. Programme Support & Innovation: Explore potential applications of AI tools (e.g., chatbots, etc.) in programmes and identify opportunities to enhance learning outcomes.
What we are looking for
1. Creative Communication & Content Development
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging learning materials. Experience or interest in developing content across different formats (e.g., guides, discussion frameworks, multimedia resources) is valued.
2. Research & Analytical Skills
Ability to gather and synthesise information from multiple sources, review reports, and identify key insights. Prior experience with research projects is desirable but not essential – a structured approach to problem-solving and genuine curiosity about service delivery are what matter most.
3. Curiosity & Innovation Mindset
Demonstrated interest in exploring new approaches to learning and development, including emerging technologies. This is an exploratory role where you'll learn alongside the team.
