What you will be working on
This role will strengthen IPSL's capability to design and deliver engaging leadership programmes for new and emerging public sector leaders. By supporting the 2026 PSMP/SingSem and other programmes for junior officers and scholarship holders, the intern will help ensure programme quality and stability across multiple runs.
Contributions to IPSL and the Organisation:
• Enhance programme design with fresh perspectives that reflect the preferences and needs of young learners, making interventions more future-ready
• Support operational delivery to ensure programme stability and quality during peak periods
• Pilot and evaluate technology tools that can improve learner engagement and programme effectiveness
• Bridge the gap between programme designers and target audience through peer insights, strengthening IPSL's understanding of early-career officers
