What you will be working on
This role will build IPSL's analytical capacity to develop evidence-based learning interventions. By supporting the PSLP performance gap insights study and technology research, the intern will help the department make data-informed decisions about future programme design.
Contributions to IPSL and the Organisation:
• Support Phase 2 of the critical performance gap study, providing insights that inform talent development strategies across the Public Service
• Strengthen IPSL's research capability in understanding young officers' performance gaps and learning support required
• Identify and test technology solutions for robust data analytics and sensemaking
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that shape future leadership development initiatives
