What the role is

You will be interning with the Institute of Public Sector Leadership (IPSL).

What you will be working on

This role will build IPSL's analytical capacity to develop evidence-based learning interventions. By supporting the PSLP performance gap insights study and technology research, the intern will help the department make data-informed decisions about future programme design. Contributions to IPSL and the Organisation: • Support Phase 2 of the critical performance gap study, providing insights that inform talent development strategies across the Public Service • Strengthen IPSL's research capability in understanding young officers' performance gaps and learning support required • Identify and test technology solutions for robust data analytics and sensemaking • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that shape future leadership development initiatives
