What the role is
What you will be working on
- Assist in developing and implementing career guidance initiatives targeting fresh graduates, including programme coordination and stakeholder communication
- Participate in stakeholder engagement activities with IHL partners and support relationship management efforts
- Review initiative effectiveness reports and analyse engagement metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Participate in career guidance events and workshops for students and graduates
What we are looking for
- Possess good project management and coordination skills
- Proficient in the use of PowerPoint and comfortable in giving presentations to diverse stakeholders
- Able to work independently or as a team player with strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
