What the role is
What you will be working on
- Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of physical and virtual career events, and workshops/seminars which may fall on weekday evenings and weekends
- Provide on-site or online operational support during events and assist with post-event evaluation and reporting
- Support the development of event themes, speaker topics and activities that appeal to the younger demographics
- Work closely with other teams within the division on projects assigned
- Undertake any other duties as assigned
What we are looking for
- Possess good project management and coordination skills
- Able to work independently or as a team player with strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Interested in events planning and execution
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
