What the role is

The intern will support the Partnerships team on Social Media Marketing and outreach projects. This involved planning for outreach and campaign operations, supporting the day-to-day outreach and campaign management tasks. He/ she will learn the fundamentals of running a campaign, how to communicate with external parties and understand the need to promote EDG's programmes to enterprises. The intern will be closely supported by an experienced team, with training provided to enable the intern to develop skills in outreach efforts and marketing initiatives.

What you will be working on

- Assist in the setup of campaigns to effectively reach out to our target stakeholders - Craft engaging content to reach out to businessess for social media posts via popular platforms like Telegram, Facebook and LinkedIn - Apply your creativity and get hands-on experience using CanvaPro to create assets for EDMs and mini-videos to promote national initiatives - Assist to produce campaign reports and apply data analysis skills to find useful trends, analyse results and identify key insights. - Assess daily campaign reporting to identify and flag any performance trends across accounts. - Provide feedback to team regarding reporting standard, templates and processes. - Manage workflow and responses to ensure agreed deadlines are met - Provide campaign statistics to the Manager and Department Head, for monthly presentations and reviews. - Plan for and participate in outreach events, including engagement with external stakeholders such as HR professionals and business owners

What we are looking for

- Interest in the digital media and the technology landscape, performance marketing, reporting, data analysis or advertising technologies would be highly desirable - Keen Interest in social media campaign management - Good grasp of social media apps, use of MS Office software or social media management tools
