What the role is
What you will be working on
- Support the WSG Digital Innovation Lab (DIL) & Data/AI teams' visual communication needs through innovative design solutions for staff engagement and departmental initiatives.
- Create and maintain engaging digital content for internal communications and IT initiatives such as EDMs, posters, infographics, and other communication materials.
- Collaborate with teams to redesign and enhance SharePoint sites and communication platforms to improve user experience and accessibility.
- Participate in user journey mapping exercises to create intuitive and efficient digital products and services.
- Assist with content creation for digital campaigns and internal announcements.
- Support the team in documenting design processes and maintaining brand consistency across materials.
What we are looking for
- Knowledge of SharePoint or similar content management software
- Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or strong willingness to learn
- Understanding of UX design principles and user journey mapping concepts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines effectively
- Good communication skills and collaborative approach
