What the role is

This is a 2-year contract position as a Manager in the CET Academy.

As a Manager, you will oversee the successful completion of adult learners’ journeys with the CET Academy.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Lead and nurture team members to achieve targets set by the management in the administration of the CET courses. 

  • Liaise and work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all courses conducted are effectively managed. 

  • Ensure proper documentation of course information and statistical reports for courses. 

  • Manage student finance, including funding schemes, course fee computation, grants claims and costings. 

  • Keep pace with changes in funding schemes and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders. 

  • Chart the training and development roadmap of team members, nurture and motivate them to achieve optimal performance. 

  • Lead teams on projects for continuous improvement and productivity in work processes. 

  • Manage and perform any other tasks as assigned.

What we are looking for

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience with 2 years in a supervisory role 

  • Strong analytical skills 

  • Ability to contribute effectively in a team and work independently with minimal supervision 

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, training management systems 

  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills  

  • High adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment 

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability
