The Opportunity and Resilience (OR) Cluster aims to engender a society with opportunities for all to succeed. The Cluster’s work contributes to MSF’s macro-outcomes to ensure stability, self-reliance and social mobility for B20 households, stability and social mobility for families experiencing domestic violence and for youth-at-risk and youth offenders.
We are forming a Taskforce under the Social Support Group (SSP) to primarily serve the OR Cluster and support data analytics work that are cross-domain in nature.

What you will be working on
You will lead or be part of a dynamic team that serves as a central nexus to connect the issues between the OR domains. You will drive problem solving in selected OR problem statements, through data analytics.
You will be involved in the following areas of work:
(i) Planning and Prioritisation: Identify cross-domain problem statements and data priorities across OR Cluster that would inform upstream interventions and service delivery to vulnerable families and individuals.
(ii) Data Analytics: Harmonise relevant datasets, set central standards and guidance for data management across the cluster and perform data analytics and sense-making for selected OR problem statements; provide technical guidance to the team or the OR divisions, and align project objectives, outcomes and methodologies.
(iii) Capability Building: Spearhead capability building for the cluster to build data capabilities at different levels and build a data-driven and evidence-based culture within the cluster.
What we are looking for
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including undertaking data analytics project lead roles, will be an advantage.
• Strong in quantitative methods and application, and skilled in using statistical software (R, Python, Stata, SPSS etc.).
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills, with good project management skills.
• Ability to understand the business environment and identify business problem statements.
• Knowledge in data governance and database management/systems will be an advantage.
