Project Title: SNDG Employer Branding Refresh
This internship project offers an exciting opportunity to conduct a review of the current employer brand and talent competitor landscape for SNDG's talent attraction function, and propose a brand message, working together with Human Capital (HC)'s stakeholders and vendors.
This project aims to increase long-term brand awareness for SNDG as an employer, and in the shorter term, serve to draw more attention to our presence at in-person events, so that HC can reach out to more potential candidates.

What you will be working on
Project Objectives:
1) Gain an understanding of the organisation's operating environment, workforce needs, and current recruitment marketing efforts.
2) Collaborate with stakeholders such as SNDG officers, creative agencies etc. to identify gaps and opportunities in employer branding strategies.
3) Support the execution of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the organisation's employee value proposition to prospective candidates.
4) Assist in coordinating activities to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
5) Additional project: propose and create marketing materials targeted at attracting undergraduates/fresh graduates to our internship opportunities.
Expected Deliverables:
1) Report on the current landscape
2) Creative proposals of new initiatives to engage in
3) Successful delivery of at least one new initiative (in any mode, such as digital, in-person event, merchandise, alumni networking list etc.)
4) Successful delivery of a content piece in summary of the intern's own internship experience.
