Project Objectives:
1) Consolidate and analyse compensation data from multiple sources to identify market salaries
2) Develop a job mapping/levels mapping framework for meaningful cross-platform comparisons of salary data
3) Produce a market report with sector insights.

1) Market report covering key tech roles and compensation trends
2) Job taxonomy/level mapping framework
