Manager / Human Resource (Contract) - HR Transformation & Analytics

What the role is

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy professional to join our HR team as a transformation catalyst, driving the integration of artificial intelligence, data analytics, and automation technologies across our human resource functions. This contract position offers the opportunity to lead innovative HR transformation initiatives that will enhance the employee experience journey, from onboarding through career development and beyond.

What you will be working on

Working closely with our HR team, you will be involved in one or more of the following strategic transformation projects:

1. Employee Experience Analytics Platform - Develop comprehensive analytics frameworks to measure and enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and service delivery across all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle

2. AI-Powered Talent Management Solutions - Design and implement intelligent systems for talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning using predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms

3. Learning & Development Optimisation - Create data-driven learning pathways and personalised development recommendations through advanced analytics of skills gaps, learning preferences, and career progression patterns

4. Workforce Planning Intelligence - Build predictive models for workforce demand forecasting, attrition analysis, and strategic resource allocation using data modelling and AI tools

5. HR Business Partnership Enhancement - Develop automated reporting tools and self-service analytics platforms to empower HR business partners with real-time insights for strategic decision-making

6. Process Automation & Digital Transformation - Lead end-to-end automation of HR processes including employee onboarding, leave management, and performance review workflows using RPA and intelligent automation tools

What we are looking for

  • A forward-thinking professional with strong analytical mindset and passion for leveraging technology to solve complex HR challenges

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, or advanced Excel, with experience in statistical analysis and data visualisation platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, or equivalent RPA solutions would be useful

  • Strong project management capabilities with ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations

  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations for senior leadership

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with diverse teams across the organisation
