What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be working on the following projects:
1. Strategic Workforce Planning Analytics
Analyse HR data and create insights using tools like Power BI and Tableau to:
Identify useful metrics to support divisions' workforce planning and capability building initiatives;
Develop interactive dashboards that provide real-time access to workforce data for ongoing analysis;
Track workforce trends, analyse staffing patterns, and identify competency gaps across divisions;
Analyse job redesign opportunities and planning efficiency levers to optimise workforce deployment; and
Support data collection and validation for workforce reports and capability planning strategies.
2. HR Chatbot Development Support
Support the development of NParks' HR chatbot by testing responses, contributing to training datasets, and gathering user feedback to ensure the chatbot effectively addresses staff enquiries about policies, benefits, and procedures.
What we are looking for
A self-motivated and adaptable team player with resilience and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Familiar with Microsoft applications and data visualisation tools like Power BI and Tableau. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Keen attention to detail and strong analytical abilities in identifying workforce trends and patterns.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Experience with AI technologies, chatbot development, and Python will be useful.
This role provides foundational experience for careers in HR analytics, business intelligence, or HR technology, offering exposure to data visualisation tools, strategic workforce planning processes, and emerging AI technologies.
