What you will be working on

Responsibilities The People & Culture Group (PCG) provides strategic and operational shared HR and OD services to agencies under its care. PCG brings progressive people practices to support agencies in building and fostering a high performing and engaged workforce to deliver on their organisational mission and strategic goals. We are looking for an Assistant Director (OD, Culture & Well-being). As Assistant Director (OD, Culture & Well-being) in PCG at PSD, you will provide thought leadership, expertise and guidance on OD matters in collaboration with relevant partners (e.g. business partnership team) and stakeholders (e.g. agency leaders) and drive change management for corporate-level transformation efforts. You will: Culture Transformation & Change Leadership • Build a desired corporate culture anchored around agencies' business objectives and corporate values, leading change initiatives related to collaboration, meeting efficiencies, and cultural transformation in partnership with senior leaders and business units • Design, develop and implement organisation-wide and team-level interventions to build the desired corporate culture and drive organisational priorities. This includes leading change initiatives related to collaboration, meeting efficiencies, and cultural transformation. Tailor interventions to address specific organisational challenges whilst ensuring alignment with broader corporate objectives. Strategic Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement • Facilitate strategic sessions with senior leaders, including team launches, leadership engagements, focus groups, and change management/ OD-related workshops. Adapt facilitation approaches to suit diverse audiences and contexts, creating psychologically safe environments that encourage honest dialogue and collaborative problem-solving. • Partner with business units to evaluate the impact of organisational practices and processes, adapting your approach to diverse audiences and complex organisational challenges Data-Driven Insights & Strategic Communication • Serve as the primary expert advisor to senior management on organisational health, culture, and well-being matters, providing evidence-based recommendations that guide critical strategic decisions • Conduct comprehensive organisational diagnostics through employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and analytics to assess organisational effectiveness and readiness for change • Leverage analytics and technology tools to generate actionable insights on organisational effectiveness, translating complex data into compelling recommendations for senior leadership • Establish and execute internal communication strategies that effectively cascade key corporate messages, crafting compelling narratives and selecting optimal channels (e.g. town halls, leadership addresses, digital panels, etc.) to drive understanding and alignment Innovation in OD Service Excellence • Champion the integration of technology to enhance the efficiency and impact of shared OD services, continuously improving methodologies and service delivery • Stay at the forefront of organisational development best practices, identifying opportunities to scale winning formulas and drive innovation in OD approaches

Able to make sound and timely decisions. Thinks ahead to anticipate issues, identify opportunities and appreciate implications. You will thrive in this role if you: • Have a passion for transforming organisations and building high-performing cultures that deliver exceptional results • Possess strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into compelling strategic narratives • Demonstrate expertise in facilitating complex stakeholder discussions and driving consensus among diverse groups • Are comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate complex organisational dynamics while maintaining focus on outcomes • Have experience leveraging technology and innovative approaches to enhance organisational development practices Your career development: As part of your continuous development, you will have learning and developmental opportunities that PSD provides as the central people agency. There are structured opportunities for internal job rotations in Central HR or other PSD functions during your career with us.
