What the role is
What you will be working on
The intern will have the opportunity to support the team and engage Financial Institution, Trade Associations and other stakeholders in exploring suitable pilot programmes, and drive the adoption of career guidance initiatives that can enable Financial Services employees to reskill or pivot into emerging job roles identified by the Financial Services Jobs Transformation Map. In addition the intern will also be exposed to cross-division work, through supporting the AI coordination effort for the Enterprise Development Group (EDG). The intern will support the team in the following:
- Assist in project implementation and coordination
- Assist in stakeholder engagement and management
- Prepare reports and perform data analysis
What we are looking for
Requirements:
- Possess good project management skills
- Proficient in the use of Powerpoint and comfortable in giving presentations
- Comfortable to handle data and perform data analysis
- Able to work independently or as a team player
