What you will be working on
Key responsibilities include coordinating engagement events, managing internal awards programmes from nomination through to ceremony execution, and developing communications materials such as EDMs and event content to promote engagement initiatives. The officer serves as a point of contact for queries regarding engagement programmes and works to encourage participation across all levels of the organisation.
The role also involves maintaining comprehensive documentation and knowledge management systems for engagement programmes, tracking participation metrics, and preparing reports on engagement activities and outcomes. This includes supporting employee surveys and ensuring proper filing of programme materials. The officer collaborates closely with Human Resources and teams across ACE Group to align engagement efforts and build relationships with department representatives to drive participation in engagement initiatives.
What we are looking for
• At least 2 years’ experience in staff engagement, internal communications, organisational development or related fields
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to use design tools (e.g. Canva) for creating basic EDMs and visual materials will be advantageous
