What you will be working on
a) Research, design, and delivery of international training programmes
• Research on Singapore’s governance approach and public policies, global and regional relations, and topics of interests to governments such as emerging tech and AI, climate supply chain resilience to support the design of international training programmes.
• Support the design, development, and delivery of programmes for international delegates. Document programmes, evaluate outcomes and recommend follow-ups and possibilities for future runs.
• Organise study visit requests from other countries and take notes of meeting.
b) Social Media
• Develop publicity plan and social media posts to widen CSC’s international reach.
c) Enhancement of work processes
• Streamline and harness technology to improve work processes.
Any other ad hoc duties
What we are looking for
• Keen interest in international relations, and Singapore’s governance and public policies.
• Possess strong research and written communication skills.
• Possess strong organising, analytical and synthesis skills.
• Able to multi-task, work independently and adapt to changes.
• Is meticulous, proactive and resourceful.
• Able to communicate and write in Mandarin would be an added advantage (for training programmes for Chinese delegation).
• Enjoy working in a team setting.
