We are seeking a motivated intern to support the MND Corporate Strategy team by exploring how AI can be embedded into our work processes.
This includes identifying promising use cases, evaluating AI tools, and recommending solutions that enhance our analytical capabilities, streamline processes, and free up time for higher-value strategic work. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about AI, automation, and transforming traditional processes intelligently and sustainably.

What you will be working on
Key responsibilities include:
• Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and technologies that can improve workflows.
• Assist in identifying business processes within MND Corporate Strategy team suitable for AI-driven optimisation or automation (e.g. identifying current bottlenecks and opportunities for intelligent enhancement).
• Develop proof of concept(s) of enhanced workflows/output to showcase possible impact of AI adoption in identified processes.
• If recommendations are adopted, participate in change management efforts for AI integration initiatives.
What we are looking for
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Good understanding of current AI tools (incl. packages, wrappers) and their possible applications in various business processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication abilities particularly in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audience.
• Comfortable in process mapping and re-engineering.
• Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curiosity and a passion for using AI to improve how work gets done.
• [Preferred] Previous project or coursework involving automation, AI application, process improvement.
