What you will be working on
Stakeholder Engagement
• Develop a change management plan to engage MND Complex tenants for key projects.
• Deliver tenancy comms and engagement plan for the period of MND Complex renovation.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors.
• Oversee managing agent’s and contractors’ performances, ensuring high work quality and standards are delivered within deadlines.
Facilities Management
• Oversee M&E systems performance across MND Complex.
• Conduct site inspections to assess M&E system conditions, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure operational reliability.
• Handle procurement processes and ensure compliance with contracting requirements and rules.
• Conduct day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of MND Complex.
Sustainability and Innovation
• Develop energy conservation measures, identify opportunities for sustainable technology adoption and innovation, and drive sustainability performance.
• Monitor energy consumption of MND Complex and support GreenGov initiatives.
• Analyse utility consumption data and recommend efficiency improvements.
What we are looking for
• Background in Project Management, Facilities/Building Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Comms & Engagement or similar.
• At least 2 years of working experience in tenancy engagement, facilities management or M&E design/construction of office buildings.
• Candidates who possess good communications and engagement skills, who are team players, self-driven and are able to work under pressure.
• Candidates with experience in the management and operation of government /commercial properties may have an advantage.
• The following Functional Competencies are relevant to the role:
o Tenancy and Licence Management: Manage and administer processes for the tenancy and licenses, and implement supporting programmes and initiatives.
o Stakeholder Management: Work with relevant stakeholders at the different levels of the system to engage them on relevant input to support the interventions for organisational change.
o Project Execution: Plan and execute projects in an effective and efficient manner.
