You will need to ensure MICE and Cruise infrastructure remains safe and fit-for-use for their remaining useful lifespan. This will require you to work closely with government agencies, venue operators etc for the successful completion of the A&A works and Defects Liability Period (DLP).
You will also be required to oversee the contract management of Singapore Expo where you will be responsible for ensuring the venue operator adheres to the terms and conditions in the operator agreement and delivers on the Key Performance Indicators.

To oversee the following for Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore and Singapore Expo:

Work with multi-disciplinary team (MDT), contractor, venue operator to ensure the A&A works at Singapore Expo are carried out in accordance with the approved specifications, managing any contract variations and ensuring project is completed within approved budget.

1. Ensure all defects are rectified during the Defects Liability Period (DLP) for Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore and Singapore Expo. Closing of accounts and payments.

2. Undertake contract management of the operator agreement for Singapore Expo.

3. Any other workstreams related to MICE and Cruise infrastructure development including future planning for infrastructure.

This will require you to work closely with various parties including government agencies, venue operators, consultants and contractors. You may also be required to report and present to management and relevant authorities.

What we are looking for

1. Good analytical skills and strategic thinking, demonstrating the ability to identify, analyse and synthesise information.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be needed to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders.

3. Experience in relevant fields such as Infrastructure Project Management with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.

Some knowledge of the MICE and Cruise industries is a good to have, but not necessary.
