What the role is
What you will be working on
Responsibilities:
Dashboard and Reporting Development: Create roster dashboards to display monthly and cumulative duties performed by SCAs and Coaches. Develop user-friendly interfaces with automated data updates and visual reporting capabilities.
Digital Process Conversion: Convert manual administrative processes including forms, asset tracking, and workflow systems to digital formats. Ensure user-friendly design and integration with existing organizational systems.
Automated Alert Systems: Develop inventory management and contract renewal systems with automated notifications and customizable triggers for timely organizational responses and stock replenishment.
What we are looking for
Requirements:
1. Passionate in the world of technology, and have keen interest in leveraging technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness of work processes.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and macro development (VBA)/ RPA or other auromation tools
3. Knowledge of form design
4. Knowledge of database management, and basic automation tools
5. Familiarity with notification systems and workflow automation
6. Detail-oriented and meticulous
7. Good communication skills and able to interact with different level of stakeholders
8. Abe to work independently and as part of a team
