Sr/HR Manager (HR Smart Solutions), HRD

You will be part of the human resources team responsible for the following roles: Responsibilities: HR Systems & Processes • Collaborate with the HR teams to conduct reviews of HR processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency for the whole of HR and organisation. • Sourcing and implementation of solutions that improve users’ experience. This includes enhancing the user experience, improving touch points between systems, HR officers, managers, and employees. • Liaise with vendors on system changes, requirement specifications and testing. • To work closely with various stakeholders to manage the onboarding of new HR enterprise system. This includes: • Collate change impact assessments from HR process owners • Coordinate and document user requirements during the global design and deep dive sessions to finalise design requirements • Perform cleansing and correcting of data in preparation for migration • Manage the mapping and verification of data during data conversion/migration • Review test scripts and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Monitor and track project timeline and facilitate the timely sign-off of deliverables • Provide support and guidance to users during implementation phase

• Experience in developing and implementation of HRMIS, rostering & time tracking solution would be preferred • Strong conceptual, operational and systems thinking skills • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Able to multitask effectively Work Location: PUB Waterhub @ Toh Guan
