What you will be working on
- Implement logistics policies and processes to ensure efficient operations
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and infrastructure support
- Maintain proper records, accounting, and management of fixed assets and office equipment
- Coordinate human resource administrative functions
- Conduct annual stock-take exercises and inventory management across multiple locations
- Manage welfare provisions and support services for personnel
Challenge(s)
- Managing comprehensive logistics and administration support across multiple offices
- Coordinating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex operational issues
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in dealing with administration and logistics matters
- Strong working knowledge of systems and applications, coupled with good understanding of administration and logistics systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with numerous stakeholders
