What you will be working on
- Provide career guidance to support personnel's professional growth and advancement
- Prepare and conduct ranking and promotion boards
- Lead recruitment and selection processes as hiring manager
- Implement manpower policies effectively while ensuring compliance with organisational standards
Challenge(s)
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of complex manpower policies and systems
- Managing the diverse population with varying career aspirations, backgrounds and development needs
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Prior relevant experience, with exposure to talent management, career development or manpower planning is advantageous
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
