What the role is

You oversee the implementation and administration of performance management and salary policies across the organisation, ensuring fair and accurate execution of all remuneration-related matters.

What you will be working on

- Implement organisational performance and salary policies and execute all remuneration-related matters with precision - Conduct ranking boards, serve as secretariat and ensure smooth proceedings and proper post-administration - Provide accurate data and analysis for performance reviews and salary revisions - Facilitate resolution of personnel salary queries with relevant agencies - Organise the annual promotion ceremony with meticulous attention to administrative detail Challenge(s) - Understanding different HR schemes within the organisation with varying pay policies and performance management guidelines - Maintaining precision and sensitivity when managing confidential matters

What we are looking for

- Education in Human Resources, Information Technology, Engineering, or other Business or Science related fields is preferred - At least 8 years of working experience in HR work is preferred - High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications - Experience with SAP will be advantageous - Meticulous and self-motivated Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
