Assistant Manager, Estate Management (Planner) - 1 year contract
What the role is
What you will be working on
Work with government agencies and stakeholders to develop a land use and infrastructure plan for the Southern Islands with a focus on sustainability.
Conduct master planning, strategic and scenario planning, planning consultation and assessment, planning research/analysis, and draw up planning strategies and programmes for implementation.
Work with the various government agencies and stakeholders on concept designs of construction projects, prepare project briefs and seek funding for implementation.
Undertake any other projects, assignments.
What we are looking for
Background and qualification in Urban Planning or Real Estate, with at least 3 years of experience
Infrastructure project management experience will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently and as a team.
