What you will be working on
• Support data-related projects by identifying user needs, collecting data, analysing and interpreting data, visualising data, identify and sharing of insights and implications to enable stakeholders in identifying opportunities for business development and solutions for operations improvement.
• Perform data extraction, cleaning and wrangling for data analysis.
• Visualise data using tools such as PowerBI and develop dashboards.
• Collaborate within Finance team to identify business opportunities to streamline for efficiency as you design, develop and maintain automation solutions as part of the process re-engineering efforts.
• Gain project management experience by leading automation projects from conceptualisation to delivery, engaging stakeholders to integrate RPA/AI solutions and providing user training to ensure smooth adoption and maximise effectiveness.
What we are looking for
- Quick learning and adaptability, with strong communication skills and professional behaviour
- Good organisational abilities and time management, showing initiative while maintaining attention to detail
- Problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking, paired with effective teamwork skills
- Technical proficiency in relevant software (e.g. Uipath, PowerBI) and willingness to learn new tools
