Senior/Assistant Director (Leadership and Capability Development), HROD

This is an individual contributor role whereby you will be part of the Leadership Development team in the HR and Organisation Development Division. You will: • Deliver the various service-wide talent management and development initiatives by the Public Service Division for officers on the Administrative Service (AS) and Public Service Leadership Programme (PSLP) in MTI • Maintain oversight on succession planning for key leadership roles, considering the talent pipeline within and outside the organisation. Also, to design and review frameworks and initiatives related to talent management and succession planning. • Oversee the nomination, appointment and engagement of talent for the AS or PSLP. • Advise line divisions on their talent needs and how to manage their talent

You should possess good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills to engage internal and external stakeholders of different seniority. • At least 2 years of working experience in in the field of HR, Talent Management or Leadership Development. • [Other Traits] Self-starter who is able to work independently and under pressure.
