Senior Manager, Human Resource Business Partner
What the role is
What you will be working on
• Strategic Business Partnership: Partner with business leaders to address comprehensive people-related needs, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, secondments, re-employment, and strategic manpower requirements that align with business objectives.
• Employee Relations Management: Proactively manage complex employee relations matters and support officers through the employee life cycle, ensuring positive employee experiences from onboarding through to offboarding transitions. Provide expert guidance on HR policies, processes, employee wellbeing programmes, and employment legislation.
• Policy Leadership and Implementation: Lead the development, review, and enhancement of HR policies to ensure they remain relevant and effective. Collaborate with HR Division teams to ensure consistent execution of HR policies at business unit level, whilst implementing targeted HR strategies that drive business performance and employee engagement.
• Project Participation/Leadership: Lead/participate in strategic HR projects and initiatives as assigned, driving innovation and continuous improvement in people practices.

Relevant post graduate Diploma in Human Resource / IHRP certification would be advantageous
