Project Manager (Temporary – One Year Contract), CMO

What the role is

As a Project Manager in the Capability Masterplanning Office (CMO), you will play a key role in providing project-related support. You will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders on project management matters.

What you will be working on

• Work with the Finance Department to oversee project funding transactions, ensure prompt payments to grant recipients, and act as the main liaison for CMO on all funding-related matters. • Review and summaries tickets for Integrated Grant Management System (IGMS), ensuring proper follow-up with relevant stakeholders. • Assist in the coordination and compilation of documents to facilitate audit processes. • Manage project calls for returns from internal and external stakeholders. • Support the CMO in daily operations (e.g. project record keeping and documentation), coordination of activities, and implementation of office initiatives.

What we are looking for

• Minimum Diploma in business administration or a related discipline is required. • Possess understanding of project management principles. • Service-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in English in both verbal and written communication skills.
