What you will be working on
- Oversee the maintenance of infrastructure, facilities and equipment
- Ensure 24/7 operational capability of all critical infrastructure systems
- Manage Infrastructure and Facilities Management (IFM) contractors and ensure full compliance with contractual obligations
- Handle administrative and financial processes
- Highlight any discrepancies in IFM contract compliance for remedial action
Challenge(s)
- Managing the complexities of IFM contractor relationships while ensuring full contractual compliance, addressing any discrepancies promptly
- Coordinating emergency response for critical infrastructure issues, including after-hours support with duty crew and team members
What we are looking for
- Education in Facilities Management, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure and facilities maintenance management, with critical operational facilities being advantageous
- Strong contractor management and contract compliance skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
