Manager (Production Support)

What the role is

You are responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of various production projects and in the provision of video editing, knowledge management, as well as production support and distribution services.

What you will be working on

- Oversee the production lifecycle, including pre-production, production, and post-production and help to resolve issues that may arise - Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets - Manage resource allocation with resource utilisation tracking - Support procurement processes - Provide regular updates and recommendation when required Challenge(s) - Coordinating with multiple stakeholders on production support requests - Working with tight turnaround times to prioritise and deconflict demands - Developing practical solutions while keeping in mind organisational security policies and constraints

What we are looking for

- Education in Communications, Multimedia Production/Editing, Information or Media Technology, Digital Media, or Knowledge Management - At least 2 years of experience in video editing and proficiency in using relevant IT hardware and software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, server software - Experience in maintaining knowledge management systems for audio visual footage is advantageous - Knowledge of production workflows and systems is advantageous - Excellent command of English with a good eye for visuals - Strong administrative skills - A keen interest in current affairs, military and defence-related matters as well as government policies, processes, and guidelines is a plus Successful candidates will be deployed to So Drama! Entertainment (a MINDEF-Related Organisation) on a 2-year contract. (Applicants with no experience may apply.) Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
