What you will be working on
- Devise training strategies and implement appropriate technologies to ensure training effectiveness
- Create training development initiatives for assessing training requirements
- Develop the appropriate training roadmaps and masterplans
Challenge(s)
- Exercising initiative and resourcefulness in response to evolving curriculum requirements and operational demands
- Developing robust training frameworks for a diverse group of personnel with varying backgrounds and experience levels
What we are looking for
- Education in Training, Education, Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in training and/or electrical engineering industry
- Certifications in areas of training, education, or electrical engineering will be advantageous
- Good interpersonal and time management skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined and determined
