What you will be working on
- Develop and execute the publicity strategy that covers both traditional and digital advertising
- Undertake end-to-end management of the publicity campaigns (i.e. management of creative agency, finances and production of content and materials)
- Assess the effectiveness by using insights and data to learn and report back on campaign approach, make recommendations on future activity.
- Ensure relevance and accuracy of recruitment content across various platforms
- Manage the DIS Internship Programme from project sourcing to management of interns' allowances
Challenge(s)
- Developing effective strategies to attract suitable talents in a highly competitive and resource-scarce environment
- Maintaining familiarity with manpower policies across various schemes to effectively manage published information
What we are looking for
- Education in Communications, Marketing, Human Resource or a related field is preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or human resource related areas
- Excellent project management abilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
