What the role is

Project title: Internship on career and employment services Labour market shocks and megatrends, such as ageing, globalisation, and the green and digital transitions have significant implications for labour market and the role of career and employment services. These services need to evolve to serve more diverse clients, identify and anticipate changes in jobs and skills needs, enhance jobseekers’ employability, prevent unemployment and support vulnerable groups. At the same time, tight budgets call for ever more effective and efficient use of resources in service delivery.

What you will be working on

The intern will play a key role in supporting research on the career and employment services ecosystem and stakeholder engagements to gather feedback and validate ideas, including through the Alliance for Action on Advancing Career & Employment Services (AfA-ACES) platform. The scope may evolve with developments, to ensure a meaningful and impactful internship experience.

- Good analytical skills with a strong interest in developing policy acumen - Good interpersonal, communication skills - Highly-motivated, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well in a team, with the willingness to take initiative
