What the role is
What you will be working on
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to inform future marketing, communications, and customer experience strategies.
• Conduct desktop research to analyse relevant industry news and data points to ideate and further sharpen current research studies.
• Develop and produce electronic direct mailers and reports that provide actionable insights and communication strategy recommendations.
• Conduct data classification for Customer Experience report.
• Assist in mystery audit evaluation.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for
• Interest in consumer insights, design of research studies and data visualisation.
• Has an analytical mind with storytelling ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and design tools such as Canva.
• Creative and possess strong design skills to generate visually driven presentations and reports.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and writing skills.
• Resourceful, has an eye for detail and able to multi-task.
• Self-starter who can work independently to manage and deliver projects.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
