What you will be working on

Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for planning, budgeting, and setting and monitoring of KPIs for selected Para Sport Academy sports. • Work with industry and relevant disability sports partners to understand the specific para sport ecosystem and connect pathways for participants and athletes. • Plan the development and implementation of a range of grassroots and developmental programmes for the sports, competitions and leagues to engage and nurture the interest for sustainable participation in para sport. • Lead the management of assigned programmes, including processes on coaches' management, programme policies and SOPs, and stakeholder engagement. • Recruit and develop para sport coaches to increase the quality and quantity of the coaching pool. • Plan and drive an internal campaign to gradually build a culture of inclusion and awareness of disability sport in the organisation.

What we are looking for

Job Requirement: • At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience and/ track record in relevant areas, e.g. sport development, Club management related work • Good understanding of Singapore sporting ecosystem • Prior experience in project and stakeholder management • Deep understanding of both the sports sector and disability issues • Experience in competitive sport and/or coaching preferred • Strong team player • Strong command of English, written and oral communication
