What you will be working on
Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, you will deliver culture and engagement programmes that strengthen AGC’s organisational identity and employee connection. You will ensure operational excellence in people-focused activities while contributing strategic insights to shape and support AGC’s Future Workforce demands and cultural transformation.
Responsibilities:
• Execute flagship culture programmes including the AGC SPIRIT Awards, Fireside Chats, and Heritage activities, ensuring consistent delivery that reinforce corporate values
• Organise large-scale events such as the AGC-Legal Service National Day Observance & Staff Recognition Day, managing cross-functional teams to create an impactful experience
• Support employee engagement strategy by contributing to survey design, analysis, and deployment, implementing targeted interventions based on Employee Engagement Surveys and feedback mechanisms
• Conduct organisational diagnostics with Divisions to assess team dynamics, identify performance gaps, and develop tailored solutions that enhance effectiveness and support Divisional requirements
• Evaluate and improve programme effectiveness through systematic data collection, feedback analysis, and evidence-based culture interventions that address workforce challenges that align with AGC’s evolving needs
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives with the Future Work and Future Workplace teams, providing diagnostic insights and systems thinking expertise to advance strategic project outcomes
What we are looking for
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in employee engagement, organisational culture, or human resources
• Strong project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver desired outcomes
• Solid understanding of organisational diagnostics and culture-building principles with ability to design and execute programmes for diverse teams
• Experience in event coordination and programme delivery of large-scale corporate initiatives
• Proficiency in data analysis tools with ability to interpret engagement data and prepare comprehensive reports
• Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills with ability to build relationships and collaborate
effectively across all organisational levels
• Adept presentation and influencing abilities combined with detail-oriented execution and systems thinking to deliver high-quality programmes with broader organisational impact
• Genuine passion for people development and organisational culture
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic legal environment with evolving requirements
