What you will be working on
• Support talent identification, selection, development, and succession planning activities
• Conduct workforce planning analysis to inform workforce strategies and optimize staffing levels
• Develop and implement programmes to strengthen leadership pipeline and build workforce capabilities
• Coordinate and support stakeholder engagements to foster collaboration for workforce development
• Assist in the annual performance ranking exercise
What we are looking for
• Preferably at least two to three years of relevant working experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player with maturity and interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on concurrent projects
