Senior Manager (Corporate Innovation)

What the role is

We're seeking an experienced professional to spearhead technology-enabled transformation projects, develop data analytics capabilities, and support the delivery of public service transformation initiatives. This position provides significant scope to create lasting impact by establishing frameworks for improvement, building organisational health insights, and empowering teams across MOH to embrace innovation and operational excellence. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

What you will be working on

Drive Process Excellence • Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement automation opportunities that deliver real efficiency gains. • Lead transformation projects, facilitate workshops, and help achieve significant process improvements. • Work with divisions on systemic improvements and share learnings at leadership forums. Build Technical Capabilities • Assess technical skills gaps and training needs for Corporate Group. • Create positive reinforcement mechanisms for application of the technical skills attained. Enable Data-Driven Decisions • Engage stakeholders to understand their data needs to create meaningful dashboards and analytics tools, and train users to derive actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. Strengthen Organisational Health • Analyse employee survey data to provide insights on organisational culture and wellbeing, translating findings into practical recommendations that enhance the workplace. Ideal candidate should also possess the following key competencies: • Thinking Clearly & Making Sound Judgements – Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to support the crafting of sound policy recommendations; ability to grasp timelines, operating context and ground realities. • Learning & Putting Skills into Action - Possesses the drive and curiosity to learn and apply new skills, knowledge and new ways of working. • Improving & Innovating – Ability to seek continual improvements, and to innovate and experiment while managing the risks involved. • Working Effectively with Stakeholders – Ability to mobilize and rally partners and stakeholders towards a collective purpose. As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.

What we are looking for

• Relevant education in communications, data research, or related disciplines. • At least 6 years' experience in change management, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation with 2 years in survey design or data analytics. • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. • Relevant certifications in Lean, Lean Six-Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering or Change Management will be an added advantage.
