The incumbent's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage Shift Team to ensure proper operations of CWRP liquid and solid process & auxiliary equipment.
• Respond to abnormalities and promptly execute Standard Operating Procedures to address process deviations and ensure operational stability
• Conduct proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of equipment failures, applying technical expertise to diagnose issues and implement corrective measures to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to facilitate timely repairs and preventive maintenance activities, contributing to the overall reliability and longevity of plant equipment.
• Perform regular site checks of equipment and plant operating conditions, meticulously documenting relevant operating records to track performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct sampling and testing of specific process parameters, such as pH, ammonia, to verify compliance with desired quality output and standards
• Maintain a comprehensive record of all events and activities during the shift duty in the operations E-logbook, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of operational activities, process deviations, and equipment status for analysis and historical reference.
• Report all key equipment breakdowns and malfunctions that occur during the shift, providing detailed information to facilitate timely maintenance and repairs, and contributing to the continuous improvement of plant operations.
• Attend to alarms and alerts detected within the Plant, taking swift and appropriate action to address potential issues, prevent disruptions, and ensure the safety and integrity of plant operations.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of contractor workers, ensuring strict adherence to established safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Diploma in Engineering Discipline (Civil/Environmental/Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics/Chemical Engineering or relevant engineering)
• Prefer to have Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Basic electrical knowledge and practical electrical troubleshooting required.
• This is a shift position.
