What the role is

Project title: Building Bridges: Engagement with Migrant Communities Ever wondered how to increase Singaporeans’ appreciation for migrant workers and migrant domestic workers? Join us in creating meaningful programmes that bring communities together! You’ll be involved in the following two activities: 1. You’ll work with partners to organise fun Sunday activities for migrant domestic workers at locations near popular gathering spots such as Clementi Town Centre and Paya Lebar. These programmes provide an alternative space for migrant domestic workers to gather and learn new skills, make friends and enjoy their rest day in safe and welcoming spaces, while reducing congregation at popular spots. 2. You’ll also help run exciting events such as the Holiday Experiential Programme, where students will get to interact with migrant workers, and Racial Harmony Day (21 Jul 2026) celebrations that showcase our multicultural community.

What you will be working on

1. Plan and run community activities with MOM’s partners and departments. 2. Track how well our activities and programmes are performing, and gather feedback from participants. 3. Help us grow these initiatives (e.g. building and maintaining a database to track key performance measurement metrics).

What we are looking for

1. Has strong writing, communication, project management and interpersonal skills. 2. Enjoys working with different groups and is culturally sensitive. 3. Has a keen interest in community engagement. 4. Is proficient in Microsoft Office.
