Project title: Promoting migrant workers’ wellbeing and inclusivity through digital media and content creation.
This internship involves developing and executing digital media campaigns for stakeholders within the migrant worker ecosystem. The intern will play a key role in planning, developing, and executing engaging content across MOM ACE Group's social media platforms to that highlights migrant workers' contributions to Singapore and fosters community appreciation. The content will also inform migrant workers about their employment rights, access to basic healthcare, housing standards, and recreational facilities available to them. Working closely with various stakeholders including employers, dormitory operators, and community partners, the intern will plan and deliver multi-platform content that promote understanding and build positive narratives around the migrant worker ecosystem.

What you will be working on
- Develop written content and create eye-catching graphics, engaging videos and compelling stories for social media and other platforms
- Monitor social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimise content strategy and audience engagement
What we are looking for
- Has a creative eye and loves coming up with fresh content ideas
- Proficient in design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Knows how to shoot great mobile videos
- Social media content creation knowledge and skills (e.g. for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Keeps up with digital trends and knows what makes content go viral
