Project title: Mobile Application Platform.
MOM is developing a mobile application that consolidates digital services for Work Pass Holders into a single, trusted platform. This internship supports the user-centred design process by conducting regular research and validation sessions to ensure the application meets users' needs and expectations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in UX research methodologies whilst contributing to a high-impact government digital service.

What you will be working on
- Design and plan monthly user research and design validation sessions with Work Pass Holders
- Collaborate with the product team to develop research materials, including interview guides, surveys, and usability testing protocols
- Assist in conducting user research sessions (interviews, focus groups, usability testing)
- Analyse research findings and synthesise insights into actionable recommendations
- Create research reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Maintain research documentation and participant databases
- Support the product team in implementing user feedback into design iterations
What we are looking for
- Basic knowledge of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
-Knowledge of design thinking processes and human-centred design approaches
- Strong communication skills
- Empathy and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse user groups
- Familiarity with UX research tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, User Testing platforms)
